Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles or relish
- 2 tablespoons grated or finely chopped cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and Dijon mustard to a bowl.
- Mix in chopped pickles, cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Add pickle juice or lemon juice and stir until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt or mustard as needed.
- Chill for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
