This vibrant drink balances the tartness of fresh raspberries with the mellow sweetness and creamy texture of a ripe banana. It’s an excellent choice for a quick breakfast or a post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 large Ripe banana (frozen chunks work best for a thicker texture)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 cup Milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat milk)

  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on fruit sweetness)

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract (for extra depth)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Fruit: If you prefer an ultra-thick consistency similar to the one in the photo, use a frozen banana. Peel it and break it into chunks before blending.

  2. Layer the Blender: To ensure a smooth blend without overtaxing your motor, add the liquid (milk) first. Follow this with the yogurt, the banana chunks, and finally the raspberries.

  3. Blend: Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds. Continue until the raspberry seeds are well-broken down and the mixture is completely velvety.

  4. Taste Test: Take a small sip. If it’s too tart, add your sweetener. If it’s too thick, splash in a little more milk and pulse again.

  5. Serve: Pour into a tall glass. Top with three fresh raspberries as shown in the image to give it that professional finish.
