  • 300g Minced Meat (Beef, Chicken, or Pork)

  • 100g Grated Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)

  • 2 Hard-boiled Eggs (finely chopped)

  • 1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley (chopped)

  • Seasoning: 1 tsp dried basil, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  • Binding: 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Savory Filling: In a large skillet, melt a knob of butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat, browning it thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in the chopped boiled eggs and fresh parsley.
