Ingredients

2 La Banderita Carb Counter or Ole Xtreme Wellness tortillas (8″)

½ cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded

12–16 turkey pepperoni (or regular if you budget points)

¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara (sugar-free if possible)

Italian seasoning or oregano

Instructions

Preheat oven
375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prep tortillas
Cut each tortilla in half so you have 4 semicircles. -
Assemble roll-ups
On each half:-
Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce

Roll from the flat side toward the curved edge. Place seam-side down. -
Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is bubbly.
