Instructions

  1. Blend: Place the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt into a blender or food processor.

  2. Smooth: Process on high until the mixture is completely smooth and no cottage cheese curds remain.

  3. Chill: Transfer to a bowl or ramekin and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the texture to set.
