🥥 Chocolate Almond Joy Smoothie

Ingredients
For the Smoothie:

1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)

1 Frozen banana (peeled and sliced before freezing)

1 tbsp Almond butter

1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder

1 tbsp Shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Optional: 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder or a drizzle of maple syrup for sweetness.
For the “Rim” & Topping:

2 tbsp Melted dark chocolate

1 tbsp Finely crushed almonds

1 tbsp Shredded coconut
-
Handful of whole almonds for garnish
Instructions

Prep the Glass: Melt your dark chocolate in a small bowl. Dip the rim of your tall glass into the chocolate, then immediately dip it into a mixture of shredded coconut and crushed almonds. Let it sit for a minute to set.

Blend: Add the almond milk, frozen banana, almond butter, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and vanilla into a high-speed blender.

Process: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk.

Assemble: Pour the smoothie into your prepared glass.

Garnish: Top with a few whole almonds and an extra sprinkle of coconut. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately!
