Ingredients
Strawberries: 1 to 1.5 cups (frozen, as pictured)
Banana: 1 medium banana (sliced)
Orange: 1/2 of a fresh orange (peeled)
Milk/Liquid Base: 1 cup (dairy, almond, or oat milk all work well)
Vanilla Extract: 1/2 teaspoon (optional, using the small bottle and measuring spoon shown)
Instructions
Prep: Peel the orange and pull apart the segments. If your banana isn’t already sliced, slice it into manageable chunks.
Combine: Add the frozen strawberries, banana slices, orange segments, and milk into your blender.
Flavor: Add the splash of vanilla extract if you’d like an extra hint of sweetness.
Blend: Start the blender on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while cold.
