Grilled Chicken Salad Bowls
Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast slices
Steamed broccoli florets
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, cabbage)
Corn kernels
Cherry tomatoes
Red rice or brown rice (as the base)
Grilled mushrooms
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken: Grill or sauté the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
Prepare the Vegetables: Steam the broccoli and grill the mushrooms. Chop the salad greens and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Assemble the Bowl: In a serving bowl, layer the red rice, salad greens, corn, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli. Add the sliced chicken on top.
