Ingredients

 

1 cup diced ham

 

1 cup cottage cheese

 

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)

 

3 large eggs

 

½ cup milk

 

1 cup all-purpose flour

 

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

½ teaspoon onion powder

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a muffin tin.

 

Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.

 

Add flour, baking powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

 

Fold in ham, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese.
