  • ½ teaspoon moringa powder (start small!)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a glass or blender.
2️⃣ Stir or blend well until fully mixed.
3️⃣ Drink immediately.


🌱 Optional Smoothie Version

For a more balanced drink:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ banana

  • ½ teaspoon moringa powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Blend until smooth.
