1. Blend the Cottage Cheese
Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor.
Blend for 1β2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides as needed.
2. Add Flavoring Ingredients
Add to the blender:

Blend again for 30β60 seconds until fully combined and silky.
3. Taste and Adjust
Taste the mousse.

5. Serve
Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
