🦀 Light & Healthy Crab Salad
Ingredients

16 oz crab meat (preferably grated)

½ cup celery, finely diced

3 tbsp red onion, very finely diced

½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

½ cup light or reduced-fat mayonnaise

1½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried dill)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Place the crab meat into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add the diced celery and diced red onion.
Step 3
Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning and add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Add the mayonnaise and chopped dill.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Gently toss everything together until well combined.
👉 Be careful not to break up the crab too much.
Step 7
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
