INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1–2 celery stalks
- 1 small handful fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop apple, cucumber, and celery into small pieces.
- Add spinach, coriander, ginger, apple, cucumber, and celery into a blender.
- Pour in water (or coconut water).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add lemon juice and blend again for a few seconds.
- Strain if you prefer a lighter texture (optional).
- Serve chilled with ice.
