Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) cooked shrimp, peeled & chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper

- 1–2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Prep Ingredients
- Make sure shrimp are fully cooked and chilled
- Dice avocado just before mixing to keep it fresh
2. Combine
- In a large bowl, add:
- shrimp
- red onion
- tomato
- avocado
3. Make Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk:
- olive oil
- lime juice
- salt & pepper
4. Toss Gently
- Pour dressing over salad
- Toss lightly to avoid mashing the avocado
5. Serve
- Taste and adjust salt/lime if needed
- Chill for 10–15 minutes (optional) for best flavor
