Ingredients for Cabbage Salad:

πŸ₯— 1.4 kg /4 cups cabbage sliced

πŸ₯— 100 g /1 cup cucumbers sliced

πŸ₯— 125 g /1 cup radishes sliced

πŸ₯— 40 g /2 cups arugula

πŸ₯— 5 g / ΒΌ cup cilantro chopped

πŸ₯— 2 tbsp chives

πŸ₯— 1 tsp black sesame seeds

πŸ₯— 1 tsp salt

πŸ₯— 2 chicken breasts optional

For dressing:

πŸ₯— 120 ml / Β½ cup mayonnaise

πŸ₯— 1 tsp Dijon mustard

πŸ₯— Β½ lemon juice only

Method :

Slice cabbage, cucumber and radish thinly. In a large bowl combine cabbage,cucumber,radish,arugula,cilantro,chives and cooked chicken. In a small bowl mix all dressing together until smooth. Pour the dressing over the cabbage salad. ,Mix gently. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
