Ingredients for Cabbage Salad:
π₯ 1.4 kg /4 cups cabbage sliced
π₯ 100 g /1 cup cucumbers sliced
π₯ 125 g /1 cup radishes sliced
π₯ 40 g /2 cups arugula
π₯ 5 g / ΒΌ cup cilantro chopped
π₯ 2 tbsp chives
π₯ 1 tsp black sesame seeds
π₯ 1 tsp salt
π₯ 2 chicken breasts optional
For dressing:
π₯ 120 ml / Β½ cup mayonnaise
π₯ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
π₯ Β½ lemon juice only
Method :
Slice cabbage, cucumber and radish thinly. In a large bowl combine cabbage,cucumber,radish,arugula,cilantro,chives and cooked chicken. In a small bowl mix all dressing together until smooth. Pour the dressing over the cabbage salad. ,Mix gently. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
