Ingredients:
For the steak:
- 2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the garlic butter:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
For the cauliflower mash:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. Rub the seasoning into the steaks on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Grill the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the steaks. Once done, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- While the steaks are resting, steam the cauliflower florets until they are fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain well.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor. Add the garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve the grilled steaks topped with a dollop of garlic butter alongside the cauliflower mash.
- Enjoy your delicious keto-friendly meal!
