Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
Β½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1β2 tbsp light mayo (optional but adds richness)
β cup dill pickles, finely chopped
1β2 tbsp pickle juice (to taste)
ΒΌ cup celery, finely chopped
1β2 tbsp red onion or scallions (optional)
1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light mayo, pickle juice, and seasonings.
Fold in chicken, pickles, celery, and onion.
Chill 20β30 minutes if you can (flavor gets better π).
Taste and adjust pickle juice or dill.
