✨Everything But The Bagel Pasta Salad✨ Great for the 4th of July!!!
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Cook and cool 1 pound of pasta.
- Cook and crumble 1 pound of bacon (save a little for topping).
- Chop 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of red onions.
- Drain and rinse 1 can of black olives.
- Have an 8oz bag of cheese cubes ready.
- Combine in a Large Bowl:
- Mix the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon (except the portion saved for topping), chopped cucumbers, bell pepper, black olives, cheese cubes, and chopped red onions.
- Prepare Dressing:
- In a separate bowl, mix until smooth:
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning
- In a separate bowl, mix until smooth:
- Mix Everything Together:
- Combine the dressing with the pasta mixture, stirring well to coat evenly.
- Top and Refrigerate:
- Sprinkle the reserved bacon crumbles and more everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
