  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go (usually around 475°F or 245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings, and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
