Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go (usually around 475°F or 245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your favorite toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings, and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
