Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pan to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each onion ring in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Carefully place the coated onion rings into the preheated oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the onion rings from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- While the onion rings are still hot, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over them, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Serve the Mozzarella Onion Rings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
