- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring chicken is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or ideally, overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
