Chicken Spinach Pizza

With the ideal blend of ingredients, our Chicken Spinach Pizza with White Garlic Sauce is wonderful. This simple pizza dish is made with two varieties of cheese, our white garlic sauce, and fresh spinach leaves, which give it a hearty flavour.

The best part is that this Chicken Spinach Pizza comes together quickly for a simple pizza night!

Our handmade White Garlic Sauce, which we prefer to prepare in advance (it’s really yummy and serves as a sandwich spread or veggie dip! ), is what makes this pizza particularly unique. Additionally, you have the option of using store-bought pizza dough or making your own crust from scratch (like our Sourdough Pizza Dough).

Ingredients for Chicken Spinach Pizza

This chicken spinach pizza has healthy ingredients and tastes like it was made in Italy. It’s also a great way to use up chicken that you already have. It’s easy to put together and cooks quickly, so you can have a hot, cheesy pizza in no time.

Here are the ingredients you will need to make chicken spinach pizza:

  • olive juice
  • Cooked chicken may be chopped or shredded.
  • pizza toppings handmade or purchased at a store (try our whole grain pizza dough or our quick pizza dough).
  • garlic sauce in white
  • Italian spices
  • leafy fresh spinach
  • sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • dried flakes of chilli

The base of this pizza is the white garlic sauce. It has a rich, garlicky taste and is creamy. Make some garlic butter sauce to dip your pizza crust in if you enjoy garlic as much as we do. We’re indulging because it’s pizza!

Can I put raw spinach on a pizza?

Absolutely! Delicate greens like spinach (or arugula) work great on a pizza and they do not need to be cooked prior to the pizza bake. We love greens as toppings- they also add some nice color and freshness.

Let’s make chicken spinach pizza

Even young children can help construct this pizza because it’s so simple to do so.

To see the full recipe, scroll to the bottom of the page. Here’s a quick look at how to make one:

  1. Spread the dough out: Set the oven’s temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Dust your pizza peel with flour or cornmeal to prepare it. Roll out the pizza dough disc into a 14-inch circle after flattening it.
  2. Italian spice is then sprinkled on top of the dough after the white garlic sauce has been spread over it. Lay the cooked chicken over the fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes over the dough. On top, spread the cheeses.
  3. Chicken spinach pizza should be baked by moving it from the peel to the pizza stone and baking it there for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice it up as soon as it comes out of the oven and serve.

Pizza baking tip

What should you do, therefore, if you don’t have a pizza peel? You can easily substitute the back of a baking sheet, so don’t worry!

Roll out the dough, turn a baking sheet over, cover it with the chicken-spinach pizza, and bake it. Additionally, there is no need to move the pizza to a pizza stone before baking because the baking sheet glides immediately into the oven.

I love a good life hack, especially if it helps me in the kitchen.
