Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, and sauté the sliced bell peppers and onions until they are tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the chicken, peppers, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to coat everything evenly.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out each tortilla and add a portion of the chicken, peppers, and onions. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
