Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut a hole in the center of each bread slice.
- Spread a thin layer of softened butter on both sides of each bread slice.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly golden.

- Once the toast is done, drizzle the garlic-infused butter over the eggs.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
