Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)

1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

1 tbsp olive oil

4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled

1οΈβ£ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
2οΈβ£ Make Caesar Sauce
In a bowl, mix:

Lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Garlic

Salt & pepper

ΒΌ cup Parmesan
Mix until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Coat Chicken
Place chicken in baking dish.
Spread Caesar mixture generously over each piece.
4οΈβ£ Make Crunch Topping
In another bowl, mix:

Remaining ΒΌ cup Parmesan

Olive oil

Turkey bacon
Sprinkle evenly over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 25β30 minutes
(or until internal temp is 75Β°C / 165Β°F).
Topping should be golden and crispy.
