Noodles & Finish

1️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables

Heat olive oil or butter in a large soup pot over medium heat.
Add onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Stir in garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook another 3–5 minutes, stirring often.

2️⃣ Build the Flavor

Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano, and add the bay leaf.
Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle boil.

3️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Add chicken pieces directly into the pot.
