2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count each)
1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular, chopped)
Β½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Grease a bundt pan well.
Prepare the dough
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Mix filling
In a bowl, combine dough pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, Β½ cup pizza sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Fill the pan
Layer the mixture evenly into the greased bundt pan. Donβt pack too tightly.
Top it off
Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake
Bake for 30β35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool & flip
Let rest 5β10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate.
Serve
Place warm marinara sauce in the center for dipping.
