1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tsp dried basil

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp kosher salt

3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions

Season the Chicken

In a medium bowl, mix oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken pieces in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.

Cook the Chicken

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add 1½ tbsp butter and melt.

Place chicken in a single layer and cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and almost cooked through.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

Add remaining 1½ tbsp butter to the skillet.

Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Finish with Lemon

Drizzle lemon juice over chicken, toss to coat in the sauce.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
