INGREDIENTS:

ā—¾1 lb lean ground turkey

ā—¾20 ounces enchilada sauce (2 cans)

ā—¾16 ounces fat-free refried beans

ā—¾1 medium onion, chopped

ā—¾12 corn tortillas

ā—¾1cup shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)

Direction:

1. Saute onion in a non-stick dish splashed

with non-stick splash.

2. Add ground turkey what’s more, cook till carmelized.

3. Add refreied beans and 1/2 can enchilada sauce and blend well.

4. Pure 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce in a 9/13

in/container, and use it to cover every tortilla

on the two sides.

5. Organize tortillas in skillet to cover the base totally.
