INGREDIENTS:
ā¾1 lb lean ground turkey
ā¾20 ounces enchilada sauce (2 cans)
ā¾16 ounces fat-free refried beans
ā¾1 medium onion, chopped
ā¾12 corn tortillas
ā¾1cup shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)
Direction:
1. Saute onion in a non-stick dish splashed
with non-stick splash.
2. Add ground turkey what’s more, cook till carmelized.
3. Add refreied beans and 1/2 can enchilada sauce and blend well.
4. Pure 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce in a 9/13
in/container, and use it to cover every tortilla
on the two sides.
5. Organize tortillas in skillet to cover the base totally.
6. Spread around 50% of the turkey combination over the tortillas, then, at that point, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup encilada sauce on top.Ā
