Watermelon Ginger Juice (1–2 servings)
Ingredients
3–4 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)
1–2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated or sliced)
(use less if you don’t like it spicy)
Juice of ½–1 lime
1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional)
Optional extras from the image:
a strawberry or two for sweetness
Instructions
Add watermelon to a blender.
Toss in ginger, lime juice, and sweetener (if using).
Blend until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust:
More lime for tang
More honey for sweetness
More ginger for heat
Strain if you want it smooth, or drink as-is for fiber.
Serve chilled or over ice.
