Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 slices bread (your choice of type)
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread slices lightly if desired.
- Place lettuce leaves on one slice of bread (if using).
- Spoon the tuna salad mixture onto the bread slice.
- Top with tomato slices (if using) and the other bread slice.
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
