Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your chosen pizza toppings.
  5. Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, creating a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces, creating individual pizza rolls.
  7. Place the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
  8. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning over them.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optional: Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
