Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your chosen pizza toppings.
- Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, creating a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces, creating individual pizza rolls.
- Place the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optional: Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
