Ingredients
-
Frozen Strawberries: 1.5 cups (frozen is key for that thick texture)
-
Frozen Banana: 1 large (peeled and sliced before freezing)
-
Milk of choice: 1 cup (Almond or Oat milk works beautifully here)
-
Peanut Butter: 2 tablespoons (creamy works best for drizzling)
-
Greek Yogurt: 1/4 cup (plain or vanilla for extra protein and creaminess)
-
Maple Syrup or Honey: 1 teaspoon (optional, if you like it sweeter)
-
Vanilla Extract: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
-
Prep the Glasses: To get that “drip” effect seen in the photo, microwave a tablespoon of peanut butter for 10–15 seconds until it’s runny. Use a spoon to drizzle it around the inside rim of your glasses, letting it slide down the sides. Pop the glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to “set” the drips while you blend.
-
Blend: Add the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) into the blender first. Then add the frozen strawberries and banana.
-
Process: Blend on high until completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add a few more frozen berries.
-
Assemble: Pour the smoothie into your prepared glasses.
-
Garnish: Top with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a bamboo straw just like the picture!
