Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach – 0 points
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts in water, drained – 0 points
  • 1 Joseph’s Flax whole wheat flour pita, toasted – 1 point
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, rinsed and drained (rinsing the cheese makes it melt better) – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Sauté spinach, artichoke hearts, and cheese in a little olive oil spray.
  2. Toast the pita.
  3. Stuff the toasted pita with the spinach mixture.
  4. Enjoy!
