1 medium green cabbage (cut into wedges)

3–4 medium potatoes (quartered)

Instructions
Place the quartered potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add sliced onion and garlic on top of the potatoes.
Stack cabbage wedges over the potatoes.
Drizzle olive oil and pour vegetable broth into the cooker.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until vegetables are tender.
