Sausage & Cheese Biscuit Cups

📝 Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1½ cups baking mix (such as Bisquick or homemade baking mix)

½ cup milk

1 large egg

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Black pepper, to taste

Finely chopped green onions, parsley, or a pinch of paprika
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until fully browned.
Break it into small pieces while cooking.
Drain off excess grease and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, combine:

Black pepper
Stir until evenly combined. The mixture will be thick.
3️⃣ Fill the Pan
Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
Spoon the mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ full.
4️⃣ Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until:
