- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Ranch or barbecue sauce for dipping (optional)

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until well combined.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space between each ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the sausage balls on a platter with toothpicks for easy serving. Optionally, provide ranch or barbecue sauce for dipping.
