Rustic Mediterranean Bread and Feta Board with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 rustic sourdough or ciabatta loaf
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice the bread into thick pieces and lightly toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
Arrange the toasted bread slices on a serving board.
Add crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley, and mint around the board.
Drizzle olive oil over the feta and toppings, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack.
