  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  2. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until evenly coated, ensuring a nice layer of breadcrumbs on the outside.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (180°C).
  5. Carefully place the coated potato cheese balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Using a slotted spoon, remove the balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
