Mushroom Parmesan Dip ๐
Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for sautรฉing
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC), so itโs hot and ready when your dip is prepped.
2- Sautรฉ the mushrooms: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the mushrooms, onions, and garlic, and cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
3- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
4- Combine ingredients: Add the sautรฉed mushroom mixture, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and dried thyme to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
