SUGAR BOMBS:

Fat bombs might not sound appealing to you if you’re new to the keto diet. Yet on a low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet like the ketogenic one, fat, namely good fats, are the secret to feeling full. Your body will stop using carbohydrates as fuel when you deprive it of them. Using fat as fuel is the focus of the keto diet. Your body will begin utilising its own fat for fuel as soon as you enter ketosis. It turns out that including healthy fats is a good idea after all because they serve as your fuel.

EASY Keto Strawberry CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS:

These fat bombs are really simple to make and only require a few ingredients. It would be quite acceptable to substitute blueberry or raspberry for the strawberry. They are made extra creamy with cream cheese, and the strawberries roast to a deep, rich taste.

Options for sugar-free sweeteners

They look so pretty, you almost don’t want to eat them. I want to eat everyone of these, seriously!

If you don’t like Swerve, feel free to substitute another sweetener for the small amount used here. Since I prefer berry-flavored liquid stevia in creamy sweets like this, I would definitely include some in this recipe, but you can use anything you prefer.

I also like other low-carb sweeteners.

My new favourite liquid sweeteners are Lakanto Monk Fruit, Better than Sugar Confectioners Sweetener by Sweetleaf and Allulose.

Simply taste after a very small addition and make any necessary adjustments before piping. For a simpler way, you could just build these in a silicone mould without pipeing them. In either case, they are just fantastic!
