Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
- Swirl a knife through the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
- Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and immediately drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
