Ingredients:
- 8 cups clean, fresh snow
- 1 cup milk (any type – regular, almond, or coconut)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, gently scoop and pack the clean snow. Make sure it’s light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture over the snow and gently fold until well combined. Adjust the consistency by adding more snow or milk as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. You can add more sugar or vanilla extract to suit your preference.
- Serve immediately in bowls, and enjoy your homemade Snow Cream!
