Healthy Oatmeal Apple Banana Bites

Ingredients:

2 cups oat flakes (rolled oats)

160g (5.5 oz) yogurt (plain or Greek)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 apple, chopped

1 banana, mashed

2 eggs

 

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the oats and baking powder.

Add yogurt, mashed banana, and eggs. Mix well.

Fold in the chopped apple.

Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined mini muffin tin or small baking dish.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and set.

Let cool slightly before removing and serving.
