3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp cumin
½ tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory powerhouse)
½ tsp black pepper
¾ tsp sea salt
Lemon Tahini Sauce
½ cup tahini
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
¼–⅓ cup warm water (to thin)
½ tsp ground turmeric
Sea salt to taste
