Ingredients:
- Add 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Then 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Now add Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted and is sizzling, add the steak bites in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. You may need to cook the steak in batches depending on the size of your skillet.
- Cook the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. If you prefer your steak more well-done, you can cook them for an additional minute or two.
- Remove the cooked steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Cook the garlic for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant and slightly golden brown.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce until they are well coated.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
