Ingredients:

  • Add 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Then 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Now add Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted and is sizzling, add the steak bites in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. You may need to cook the steak in batches depending on the size of your skillet.
