Crustless Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a pie plate and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk to blend.
