Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
