  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • eggs
  • 3–4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (for crispiness)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion or coriander
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp oil for frying

1️⃣ Prepare Vegetables

  • Finely shred cabbage.
  • Grate carrot.
  • Lightly squeeze excess water from cabbage.

2️⃣ Make the Batter

  1. In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, eggs.
  2. Add flour, cornflour, salt, pepper, garlic & herbs.
